Elektrostatik Toz Boya

Elektrostatik toz boyama solvent içermeyen bir yüzey kaplama metodudur. Kaplayıcı malzeme, son kat boya tabakasını oluşturan çok ince toz boya partikülleridir. Toz boya, boya kabininde özel boya tabancaları vasıtasıyla atılır. Tabancadan geçerken elektrostatik yüklenen toz boya partikülleri kabin içinde boyanacak malzemeye yapışır ve kaplama işlemi gerçekleşmiş olur. Toz boyanın malzeme yüzeyine tam olarak yapışabilmesi için malzemenin de çok iyi bir şekilde topraklanması gerekir. Fazla atılan boya, kabinde bulunan boya geri kazanım sistemi sayesinde toplanır ve tekrar kullanıma sokulur. Boya geri kazanım sistemi elektrostatik toz boyama teknolojisinin en büyük ekonomik avantajlarından biridir. Malzeme toz boya ile kaplandıktan sonra pişirme fırınına girer. 200ºC olan fırın ısısı toz boyanın erimesini ve malzeme üzerine yapışmasını sağlar. Sonuçta çok dayanıklı, ekonomik, çevre dostu, geniş renk yelpazeli ve parlak bir yüzey kaplaması elde edilir.

Powder coating is sprayed in the paint booth by special paint guns. While passing through the gun, electrostatically charged powder caoting particles adhere to the material to be painted in the cabin and the coating process is completed. In order for the powder paint to adhere fully to the material surface, the material must also be grounded very well. The excess paint is collected and reused thanks to the paint recovery system in the cabin. Paint recovery system is one of the biggest economic advantages of electrostatic powder coating technology. After the material is covered with powder paint, it enters the cooking oven. The oven temperature of 200ºC enables the powder coating to melt and adhere on the material. The result is a very durable, economical, environmentally friendly, wide color range and glossy surface coating.
